We are currently looking for a Technical Support Manager who can support our team in the office located at Kępowa Street in Katowice.
Your responsibilities as the Technical Support Manager:
- Support for integration via API and via plugins of the most popular e-commerce platform platforms,
- help customers write payment API integration,
- advising clients on the best ways to integrate,
- product development with IT department,
- help Users in using the platform,
- creating a positive brand image.

What are our expectations for you?
- Ability to use technical documentation,
- knowledge of REST and JSON concepts,
- experience working with PHP,
- basic knowledge of HTTP protocol,
- using Postman or a similar tool,
- experience in using API of payment systems,
- knowledge of at least one programming language at the basic level,
- English at C1 level,
- attention to details,
- familiarity with fintech and cryptocurrency markets will be an advantage.
